I’m Ronni Scharre, a licensed esthetician since 2012, former spa owner, educator, and business consultant.

My experience includes building a clientele, owning and operating a spa, and helping develop the operations and education behind a new spa offering. I understand how much care goes into this work—and how important it is to give the people doing it clear guidance and support.
