Reconnect With Yourself
A Free 5-Part Journey to Clarity, Self-Trust + Alignment
Originally created as the Coming Home to Yourself series, this experience has been expanded through the True Indigo Method to include written summaries, reflection practices and tools for integration.
Understand what feels off, hear yourself more clearly, and begin moving forward with greater self-trust.
You may not be completely lost or burned out.
You may simply feel disconnected from yourself, uncertain about what you want, or aware that something in your life is beginning to shift.
This free five-part experience will help you slow down, understand what may be happening beneath the surface, and reconnect with your needs, identity, intuition, and internal direction.
You do not need to have everything figured out.
This is simply a place to begin listening to yourself again.

MEET YOUR GUIDE
RONNI SCHARRE
Personal Development Mentor, Business Consultant & Wellness Guide
I know what it feels like to build a life that no longer feels like you.
I’m Ronni Scharre, a guide, educator and creator of the True Indigo Method.
After spending more than 15 years in the beauty and wellness industry—including building and owning my own spa—I began realizing that the identity, career, and life I had worked so hard to create no longer fully reflected who I was becoming.
At first, I thought I was simply burned out. But beneath the exhaustion was something deeper: I was being asked to reconnect with myself, question what I had outgrown, and learn how to trust what I already felt.
That experience became the foundation for my work today.
Through the True Indigo Method, I help women move through seasons of change with greater awareness, self-understanding, inner authority, and alignment—without forcing immediate answers or abandoning themselves along the way.
I created this course to give you a gentle place to begin listening to yourself again.
Course FAQ
-
Reconnect With Yourself is a free five-part course designed to help you understand why you may feel disconnected, uncertain, restless, or unlike yourself—and begin rebuilding clarity, self-connection, and trust in your inner direction.
The course combines video lessons, written summaries, reflection prompts, and gentle integration practices based on the True Indigo Method.
-
No.
You may be experiencing burnout, but you may also simply feel disconnected, uncertain about what you want, curious about yourself, or aware that something in your life is beginning to shift.
You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from creating a deeper relationship with yourself.
-
The videos were originally created as a series called Coming Home to Yourself.
The course has since been expanded and renamed Reconnect With Yourself to make its purpose clearer. The original videos remain at the heart of the experience, while the new written lessons, reflection practices, and True Indigo framework provide additional guidance and integration.
Both titles describe the same process: returning to what feels honest and true for you.
-
Yes. This course is completely free.
You will need to create a free account so you can access the lessons and return to the course as you move through it.
No payment information is required.
-
The course includes five primary video lessons, along with written summaries and reflection practices.
You can move through it in whatever way works best for you. You may complete it in one sitting, explore one chapter each day, or spend several weeks reflecting on the material.
There is no deadline or required pace.
-
No.
Each training includes a written lesson summary for those who prefer to read, review the central ideas quickly, or return to an insight without rewatching the entire video.
You can:
Watch the videos
Read the summaries
Complete only the reflection practices
Use a combination of all three
Choose the format that helps you engage most meaningfully.
-
You do not need to purchase anything.
A journal, notebook, or notes app may be helpful for answering the reflection questions and saving your insights. You may also want a quiet space where you can pause without interruption.
-
The course is intentionally organized as a progression, so completing the chapters in order is recommended the first time.
The experience moves through awareness, integration, internal safety, identity, self-trust, and support.
After completing it once, you can return to any lesson or practice whenever it feels relevant.
-
Move slowly and take care of yourself.
You can pause a lesson, skip a question, return later, or choose a grounding activity that helps you reconnect with the present moment.
This course is intended for education, reflection, and personal growth. It is not medical advice, mental health treatment, trauma therapy, or a substitute for support from a qualified healthcare or mental health professional.
If you experience intense or persistent distress, please seek appropriate professional support.
-
No.
Feeling disconnected or recognizing that something feels different does not automatically mean you need to leave a job, end a relationship, change your identity, or make an immediate decision.
This course helps you notice and understand your experience before rushing into action.
Awareness is information—not an instruction to overturn your life.
-
The True Indigo Method is a framework for developing greater self-awareness, self-trust, and alignment through five interconnected stages:
Awareness → Reflection → Resonance → Inner Authority → Integrated Alignment
The stages help you understand what may be happening within you and what kind of support may be most useful in your current season.
You will be invited to take the True Indigo Method Stages Quiz after completing this course.
-
The course makes space for intuition, inner knowing, meaning, and personal spirituality, but you are not required to follow any particular spiritual belief system.
You are encouraged to take what resonates, question what does not, and remain connected to your own beliefs, values, and discernment.
-
The course itself is self-guided and does not include individualized advice or personal coaching.
If you would like more personalized support after completing the course, you can explore a Self-Discovery Blueprint, a Clarity + Alignment Intensive, or continued support inside The Sanctuary by True Indigo.
-
At the end, you will be invited to revisit your starting-point check-in and identify what feels clearer, what still needs attention, and what your next aligned step may be.
