PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT MENTORSHIP
A space to understand yourself more deeply, trust your own voice, and move forward in a way that feels true to you.
You do not always need someone to tell you what to do. Sometimes you need someone who can help you slow down, see what is really happening underneath the surface, ask the questions you have not thought to ask, and reflect back what you may already know but have not fully trusted yet.
My 1:1 mentorship sessions are designed to give you that space.
This is not about becoming a different version of yourself.
It is about understanding the version of you that is already there.
My work is rooted in self-discovery, self-trust, reflection, and inner authority.
Together, we can explore the patterns, relationships, decisions, transitions, identities, fears, desires, and questions that may be showing up in your life right now.
I am not here to hand you a formula for how your life should look.
I am here to help you hear yourself more clearly.
You may be in the right place if...
You are going through a transition and are not completely sure who you are becoming yet.
You keep questioning a decision even though part of you already knows what you want.
You are beginning to notice patterns in your relationships, work, identity, or choices that you want to understand more deeply.
You have spent a lot of your life considering what everyone else needs and are learning how to consider yourself too.
You feel disconnected from yourself, stuck, restless, overwhelmed, or like something in your life no longer fits.
You are exploring spirituality, intuition, Human Design, astrology, nervous-system awareness, or other self-discovery tools and want help making sense of what actually resonates for you.
Or maybe nothing is dramatically “wrong.”
You simply know yourself well enough to recognize that you are ready for something deeper.
My Approach
My mentorship style is reflective, intuitive, practical, and conversational.
I tend to notice patterns quickly. I ask a lot of questions. I look at situations from multiple angles. And I care far more about helping you understand your own answer than convincing you to follow mine.

Conversations may include:
identity and life transitions
self-trust and decision-making
relationships and boundaries
confidence and inner authority
recurring emotional or behavioral patterns
personal development and self-discovery
intuition and energetic awareness
Human Design or astrology as reflective tools
integrating what you are learning into your actual life
There is no expectation that every session follows the same formula.
We start with where you are.
Mentorship has been part of my life long before I gave it a name.
For much of my career, I thought of myself primarily as an esthetician, educator, and business owner.
But when I looked back, one of the most consistent threads through all of it was mentorship.
Over the years, I have mentored employees, beauty professionals, estheticians, students, business owners, clients, friends, and women navigating major personal transitions.
People have often come to me when they were trying to make sense of something — a career decision, a relationship dynamic, a business problem, a confidence issue, an identity shift, or simply the feeling that something in their life needed to change.
My own life has also required me to rebuild, redirect, start over, let go of identities I had outgrown, and learn how to trust myself through uncertainty.
That combination of professional experience and lived experience is what shapes the way I mentor today.
I am not interested in positioning myself as someone who has every answer.
I am interested in helping you recognize the answers, patterns, possibilities, and truths that may already be trying to get your attention.
The framework behind my work
Much of my mentorship is guided by The True Indigo Method, a self-discovery framework built around five stages:
Awareness
Recognizing what is happening.
Reflection
Understanding why it may be happening and what it is revealing.
Resonance
Exploring what feels true, meaningful, aligned, or no longer aligned.
Inner Authority
Learning to trust your own judgment, intuition, needs, and decisions.
Aligned Integration
Turning awareness into the way you actually live.
You do not have to move through these stages perfectly or in order.
The framework simply gives us a way to understand where you may be and what you may need next.
Ways to work with me privately
Looking for more ongoing support?
Private Mentorship
Sometimes one conversation is enough to create clarity.
Other times, you are in a season where having consistent support, reflection, accountability, and a trusted person to come back to can make a much bigger difference.
I also offer private mentorship packages for women who want to work together more consistently over a period of time.
These packages are intentionally not available for direct booking. I want us to have a conversation first so I can understand what you are navigating, what kind of support would actually be helpful, and whether ongoing mentorship feels like the right fit for both of us.
Start with a 1:1 session.
Your first session gives us space to explore what is currently happening in your life, what you are hoping to change or understand, and where you may need support.
If it feels like continued mentorship would be beneficial, we can talk about the private mentorship options available and what would make the most sense for you moving forward.
There is no pressure to continue beyond your first session.
NOT READY FOR 1:1?
You do not have to do this alone — or privately.
If you are looking for ongoing support, self-discovery resources, conversation, and community without committing to private mentorship, The Becoming Sanctuary may be a better fit.
The Sanctuary is my online community for women who are exploring personal growth, identity, self-trust, alignment, and becoming more intentional about the lives they are creating.
Inside, you can explore resources based on The True Indigo Method, connect with other women, join conversations, and continue the work at your own pace.
For those who want deeper support, VIP membership includes additional mentorship experiences and group calls.
You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin.
You can come with a specific question.
You can come with ten questions.
You can come knowing something needs to change but not knowing what.
You can even come saying, “I do not know what I need to talk about. I just know I need space to think.”
We can start there.
