HOLISTIC WELLNESS

Understand the bigger picture of your well-being.

You don't have to know exactly what's wrong—or exactly what kind of support you need—to start paying closer attention to yourself.

I help women explore the interconnected pieces of their well-being, recognize patterns, understand their options and make more informed decisions about how they care for themselves.

Wellness isn't one thing.

Your skin, stress, sleep, nourishment, movement, environment, nervous system, hormones, relationships, mental well-being and everyday habits don't exist in completely separate boxes.

They're part of the same person: you.

Sometimes the thing that gets your attention first is your skin. Sometimes it's feeling depleted, overwhelmed, disconnected from your body or simply knowing that something in the way you're caring for yourself needs to change.

But knowing where to start can be difficult—especially when you're surrounded by conflicting advice about what you're supposed to eat, buy, eliminate, supplement, track or fix.

My approach is different.

We slow down, look at the bigger picture and start with understanding before immediately reaching for another solution.

You don't have to navigate wellness alone.

I'm not here to diagnose you or tell you there's one "right" way to be healthy.

I'm here to help you make sense of the information in front of you.

Together, we can explore what you're experiencing, identify patterns worth paying attention to, talk through supportive practices, and consider options you may not have known were available.

Depending on what comes up, that might include education around skincare, stress and nervous-system support, nourishment, hydration, movement, inflammation, lymphatic health, hormonal influences, daily routines and other areas of whole-person well-being.

And sometimes the most valuable recommendation I can make is:

“I think this deserves support beyond what I can provide.”

When something falls outside my professional scope, I can help you understand what type of qualified practitioner or resource may be worth exploring next.

You don't need to know which door to walk through before asking for help.

Sometimes you simply need someone who can help you understand the doors that exist.

A holistic perspective shaped by years of working with real people.

My approach to wellness didn't come from deciding one day to become a "wellness coach."

It developed through more than a decade of working closely with women and seeing firsthand how interconnected our lives, bodies and well-being really are.

I've been a licensed esthetician since 2012, with much of my continuing education centered around holistic approaches to skin health. My professional experience has included spa ownership, client education, wellness environments, professional skincare, and working within a functional medicine practice.

Over the years, I've continued studying and exploring the ways stress, lifestyle, nourishment, movement, hormones, inflammation, hydration, the lymphatic system, environment and other factors can influence how we feel—and sometimes how those patterns appear externally through the skin.

That background taught me something important:

You can know a great deal without pretending to be the professional who treats everything.

Part of holistic care is knowing when to look deeper—and knowing when someone else belongs on your support team.

Wellness through The True Indigo Method

  • The goal isn't to become perfect at wellness. It's to understand yourself well enough to care for yourself more intentionally.

Start where you are.

You don't need to fit yourself into a predetermined wellness program. Choose the kind of support that best reflects what you're navigating now.

Your skin can tell us where to start.

Skin is our largest organ, and what we see on the surface doesn't always exist independently of what's happening elsewhere in our lives and bodies.

Stress can show up in the skin. Hormonal changes can influence it. Environment, nourishment, hydration, medications, sleep, inflammation, lifestyle and other factors can matter too.

That's why I've never believed meaningful skincare begins and ends with products.

Your skin may be the reason you come to me.

Understanding the bigger picture is where our work can begin.

Skincare support that doesn't end when our call does.

Through my online skincare platform, POMP, you can shop my curated skincare recommendations, access simple pre-made routines, and have professional products shipped directly to your doorstep.

If we've worked together through a Holistic Skin Consultation, I can also build your personalized recommendations directly within POMP so your products and routine stay organized in one place.

Not ready for a full consultation but need help choosing products? You're welcome to reach out to me, and I can help point you in the right direction or create recommendations through POMP when appropriate.

Your POMP account keeps track of your recommended products, routines, orders and more—and gives you access to direct messaging with me when you need help with your products.

I want you to understand the “why.”

There's an endless supply of people willing to tell women what they should do with their bodies.

Eat this. Avoid that. Buy this. Try this treatment. Follow this routine.

I don't want you to leave our work with another list of rules you don't understand.

I want you to understand why we're considering something, what information it's based on, what questions remain and what choices are available to you.

My role is not to become the authority over your body.

It's to help you become a more informed advocate for yourself.

That is probably one of the strongest statements you can make about this entire branch of your work.

Knowing when another professional belongs in the conversation matters.

Holistic wellness support is educational and mentorship-based. It does not replace medical care, mental health care, nutrition therapy, diagnosis or treatment.

I provide education and recommendations within my professional knowledge and scope and may encourage you to connect with an appropriately licensed healthcare or wellness professional when something deserves further evaluation or specialized care.

I believe good support includes knowing what you know, knowing what you don't—and helping someone find the right next resource when needed.

You don't have to figure everything out before you begin.

Maybe your skin brought you here.

Maybe you've been trying to piece together conflicting wellness information on your own.

Or maybe you simply know you want to take better care of yourself and aren't sure what that looks like anymore.

We can start there.
