Understand Yourself. Trust Yourself. Live More Aligned.
The True Indigo Method guides you through awareness, reflection, self-discovery, inner authority, and integration so you can build a life that feels more true to who you are.
What if the answer isn't becoming someone new—but coming back to yourself?
The True Indigo Method is a five-stage self-trust framework for understanding yourself more deeply, recognizing what no longer fits, and making choices that feel true to who you actually are.
It isn't about giving you another set of rules to follow or telling you what your life should look like. It's about learning how to notice what is happening within you, understand the patterns and experiences that shaped you, distinguish your own truth from fear and outside expectations, and trust yourself enough to act on what you know.
Because alignment isn't something someone else can define for you. It's something you learn to recognize for yourself.
THE IDEA BEHIND TRUE INDIGO
Most of us don't lose touch with ourselves all at once. It happens gradually.
We learn what earns approval. What keeps the peace. What we're supposed to want. What success is supposed to look like. We adapt, perform, push through, second-guess ourselves—and eventually it can become difficult to tell the difference between what we've learned to be and what actually feels true.
The True Indigo Method is a process of noticing that disconnect, understanding how you got there, and rebuilding trust in yourself from the inside out.
THE FIVE STAGES
The Method isn't about reaching some final, perfectly aligned version of yourself. It's a process you can return to whenever something in your life, work, relationships, or identity begins to feel out of resonance.
Notice what is.
Before you can change something, you have to be able to see it. Awareness is about noticing your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, body signals, circumstances, and the places where something simply doesn't feel right—without immediately trying to fix it.
— AWARENESS
01
— REFLECTION
02
Understand how you got here.
We look beneath what is happening now to recognize patterns, conditioning, past experiences, beliefs, expectations, and protective responses that may be influencing how you think, feel, and choose.
Discover what actually feels true.
Once you understand what shaped you, you can begin separating what you've inherited, learned, or performed from what genuinely belongs to you. This is the self-discovery stage: your values, desires, needs, preferences, identity, and what feels like you.
— RESONANCE
03
— INNER AUTHORITY
04
Trust yourself enough to choose.
Knowing yourself is different from trusting yourself. Inner Authority is where we work with fear, self-doubt, outside opinions, boundaries, confidence, and decision-making so you can stop continually outsourcing your knowing.
— INTEGRATED ALIGNMENT
05
Build a life that reflects what you know.
Insight matters when it changes how you live. Integration is about translating what you've learned into your relationships, routines, work, business, boundaries, choices, and everyday life—and continuing to recalibrate as you change.
YOU ARE THE AUTHORITY ON YOU.
The goal of The True Indigo Method isn't to make you dependent on a mentor, a personality system, a spiritual tool, a business expert—or even the Method itself.
Tools can give us language. Conversation can help us see what we've been too close to recognize. Guidance can help us ask better questions. But none of those things get the final say.
You do.
That's why my work isn't built around telling you what to do. Whether we're talking about your identity, a relationship, a career change, your business, or an entirely new chapter of your life, my role is to help you understand what's underneath the question so you can make a decision you trust.
THE METHOD CAN MEET YOU WHEREVER SOMETHING FEELS OFF.
