EP. #30 — Feeling Stuck in Life? How to Trust Yourself Through Change

Feeling stuck doesn’t always mean you need to completely change your life.

Sometimes it simply means something has been asking for your attention — and you haven’t fully understood what it’s trying to tell you yet.

After taking a couple of months away from The Ronni Resonance, I’m back with more clarity around where I am, what True Indigo has become, and the work I’ve been building behind the scenes.

In this episode, I’m sharing the story behind the True Indigo Method, how years of navigating my own transitions helped me recognize the framework underneath them, and why I believe understanding yourself is one of the most powerful tools you can have when you’re trying to figure out what comes next.

EP. #30 — Feeling Stuck in Life? How to Trust Yourself Through Change
Ronni Scharre

ABOUT THIS EPISODE

The True Indigo Method didn’t begin as something I sat down and invented.

I started recognizing it by looking backward at the transitions I had already lived through.

Different relationships. Career changes. Businesses. Identity shifts. Starting over. Knowing something felt off before I understood exactly why. Learning how to move forward even when I didn’t have perfect certainty.

Eventually, I realized there was a process underneath those experiences.

A process that helped me move from:

Something feels off…

to understanding what was actually happening,

to recognizing what felt true for me,

to making a choice,

and then actually learning how to live that choice.

That process became the True Indigo Method.

THE TRUE INDIGO METHOD

The True Indigo Method is a self-discovery and self-trust framework built around five stages:

Awareness → Reflection → Resonance → Inner Authority → Integrated Alignment

At its simplest, the Method helps you:

Notice what is happening.
Understand what has shaped you.
Recognize what feels true now.
Trust yourself enough to choose.
And learn how to live what you now know.

It is not a rigid checklist, and it isn’t about someone else deciding what your “aligned” life should look like.

Sometimes discomfort means something has run its course.

Sometimes you need rest.

Sometimes you need support.

Sometimes you need a boundary.

Sometimes the structure needs to change.

And sometimes fear is standing between you and something you genuinely want.

The goal is discernment.

The framework doesn’t give you your answer.

It helps you hear your own answer more clearly.

THE TRUE INDIGO METHOD FOUNDING COHORT

For the first time, I’m guiding a small group of women through the complete True Indigo Method live.

The True Indigo Method Founding Cohort is a six-week guided experience for women who know something is shifting but may not completely understand what it means yet.

You may be:

  • circling a decision

  • feeling stuck

  • questioning what you actually want

  • caught somewhere between who you have been and who you are becoming

  • brushing something off as stress or burnout

  • struggling to trust what you already know

  • unable to see all of your possible options

You do not need to come into the cohort knowing the answer.

You don’t even necessarily need to know exactly what needs to change.

You simply need one meaningful area of your life that keeps asking for your attention.

Over six weeks, we’ll move through the True Indigo Method together and apply it to your real life through live teaching, discussion, reflection, practices, and guided support.

Founding Cohort Details

Enrollment: September 29–October 5, 2026
Orientation: October 6–12
Live Sessions: Tuesdays, October 13–November 17
Time: 6:30–8:00 PM Eastern
Location: Live on Zoom
Group: 4–6 women
Founding Investment: $333 or 2 payments of $175

CONTINUE THE WORK INSIDE THE BECOMING SANCTUARY

I’ve also rebuilt The Becoming Sanctuary so it now works alongside the True Indigo Method instead of feeling like something completely separate.

The easiest way to understand the relationship is:

The cohort teaches you the Method.
The Sanctuary gives you somewhere to keep practicing it.

Inside The Sanctuary, the work is organized around the stages of the Method with tools, exercises, trainings, real-life examples, reflections, and practices you can return to whenever something new comes up.

There is also a deeper mentorship option for women who want ongoing guidance, community, monthly group mentorship, and access to mentorship replays.

If you’re completely new to this work, I personally recommend beginning with the True Indigo Method cohort for the clearest introduction to the complete framework.

But you do not have to take the cohort before joining The Sanctuary. You can begin inside The Sanctuary now and go through a future cohort when the timing feels right.

THE RONNI RESONANCE IS EVOLVING, TOO

One of the things I became clearer about during this break was what I actually want this podcast to be.

Moving forward, full episodes of The Ronni Resonance will be public.

There will no longer be an extended or private second half of podcast episodes.

Instead, you’ll hear more conversations and interviews centered around people’s stories — the transitions they’ve navigated, the relationships and careers that shaped them, the identities they’ve outgrown, and the experiences that helped them become who they are.

Interviews will be shared on video.

Many solo episodes will be audio-first, with occasional video episodes when it makes sense.

And when a conversation brings up something that deserves deeper exploration, I may create a completely separate training, exercise, lesson, or resource around it inside The Becoming Sanctuary.

PREFER TO WATCH?

Because this episode was also recorded on video, you can watch the full conversation on YouTube.

EXPERIENCE THIS WORK IN PERSON

This next chapter of my work still includes teaching, wellness, esthetics, mentoring, and connecting with people in person — just without everything needing to live inside a physical spa.

If you’re local to Columbus, I’m teaching an in-person Human Design workshop at Alluvita on October 1.

Human Design isn’t the True Indigo Method. I use it as one of many possible self-discovery tools — particularly when exploring Resonance and learning to recognize what feels true for you rather than allowing an outside system to become your authority.

Tickets are $20.

I’ll also continue sharing upcoming workshops, experiences, and professional teaching opportunities, including the Pennsylvania beauty show in April.

BEFORE YOU GO…

I want to leave you with the same question I leave you with in this episode:

What has been asking for your attention?

Maybe it’s something you keep thinking about.

Something that doesn’t feel the same anymore.

Something you keep dismissing.

Something you’ve already decided is impossible without really exploring it.

Or maybe you simply know something is there, but you can’t name it yet.

You do not have to know what it means today.

You don’t need to make a major decision.

Start by noticing.

Because awareness is where the process begins.
