Self-Discovery Workshop: Gift Yourself A Truer You

A Virtual Self-Discovery Workshop

Reframe. Redesign. Realign.

What if the next version of your life isn't about becoming someone new, but getting closer to who you already are?

Join Maddie Stoiber and Ronni Scharre for an interactive virtual self-discovery workshop combining two complementary experiences: The Obvious Theory and The Own It Practice, rooted in the True Indigo Method.

Together, we'll explore the strengths, traits, and qualities that make you uniquely you, uncover possibilities you may not have considered, and take self-discovery one step further by learning how to trust and intentionally live from what you recognize about yourself.

Two experiences. One journey toward a truer you.

Part One: The Obvious Theory with Maddie Stoiber

Sometimes the qualities that make us unique are the very things we overlook because they come so naturally.

Through guided reflection, creative exploration, and conversation, Maddie will help you identify the traits, strengths, and interests already present in your life.

You'll bring these pieces together into your own constellation and explore the possibilities they might create for your work, hobbies, relationships, lifestyle, and future.

Part Two: The Own It Practice with Ronni Scharre

Recognizing a strength is one thing. Actually believing it, trusting it, and giving it room in your life can be something entirely different.

Through The Own It Practice, a guided experience rooted in the True Indigo Method, we'll explore what it means to fully own the qualities you've uncovered.

You'll reflect on where those traits have already shown up, notice what might make them difficult to claim, and explore how to trust yourself enough to decide what they mean for you.

From there, we'll turn awareness into action through a small, intentional experiment that helps you begin integrating these qualities into everyday life.

What you'll take away

  • A personal constellation of strengths, traits, and qualities.

  • New possibilities for expressing those qualities in different areas of life.

  • Greater awareness of where you may minimize or second-guess your strengths.

  • Real-life examples that help you recognize what you already bring to the table.

  • A practical next step toward expressing more of who you are.

Who is this workshop for?

This experience is for anyone who wants to understand themselves more deeply, reconnect with strengths they may have overlooked, explore new possibilities, or build confidence in the qualities they already recognize within themselves.

You don't need any previous experience with self-discovery tools or personal development workshops.
