INDIGO INSIGHTS
Podcast episodes & blogs for the curious, the questioning & the becoming.
Stories, conversations and practical insights on self-discovery, personal growth, identity, relationships, career, business and what it means to create a life that actually feels like yours.
You don’t need another person telling you who to be.
There’s already enough noise telling us what we should want, how we should live, when we should have things figured out, and what the “right” version of growth is supposed to look like.
The conversations, stories, and reflections I share here aren’t meant to give you another set of rules. They’re meant to make you curious — to help you notice something you hadn’t noticed before, ask a question you hadn’t thought to ask, put language to something you’ve been feeling, or hear someone else’s story and recognize a little bit of your own.
Take what resonates. Question what doesn’t. Use both to understand yourself a little better.
And if something you hear or read here helps you recognize something you’re ready to explore more deeply, you don’t have to figure out what comes next alone.
What are you navigating?
Growth rarely happens in just one area of our lives. Sometimes a shift in who we are changes our relationships. Sometimes our career stops fitting. Sometimes we know something feels off long before we understand why.

THE RONNI RESONANCE PODCAST
Real conversations about the things we’re all figuring out as we go.
The Ronni Resonance is where I talk through personal growth, identity, relationships, career, business, spirituality, self-discovery and the messy in-between seasons that don't always fit into a neat lesson.
Some episodes teach. Some tell stories. Some start with something happening in my own life and turn into a much bigger conversation.
But the intention is always the same: to give you something to think about, relate to or take back into your own life.
BE PART OF THE CONVERSATION
Have a story that might resonate with someone else?
The Ronni Resonance is built around real conversations with real people about the experiences that shape us — the turning points, unexpected changes, difficult seasons, realizations, risks, reinventions, and moments that leave us seeing ourselves or our lives differently.
You don't need to be a coach, creator, business owner, expert, or have a perfectly polished story to be a guest.
I'm interested in people who have lived something, learned something, and are willing to talk honestly about it.
If there's an experience, perspective, or chapter of your life that you think someone else might recognize themselves in, I'd love to hear what you want to talk about.

What Does It Mean to Feel Like Yourself Again?
Sometimes losing yourself doesn’t look dramatic. You simply realize that your life is full of things you chose for versions of yourself that no longer exist. Here’s what my own identity shifts taught me about reconnecting with yourself—not by finding the person you used to be, but by discovering who you are now.
You Don’t Need More Advice. You Need to Learn How to Hear Yourself Again.
If you constantly ask other people what they think before making a decision, the problem may not be that you don’t know what you want. You may have simply gotten used to trusting everyone else’s voice before your own. Here’s what I’ve learned about rebuilding self-trust and developing your own inner authority.
Is It My Intuition or My Anxiety? How I Learned to Tell the Difference
“Trust your gut” sounds simple until your gut has 14 different opinions. Here's what I've learned about separating intuition from anxiety, fear and mental storytelling—and why self-trust doesn't require absolute certainty.
